Users are expressly prohibited from using any materials, tools, intellectual properties, or methodologies provided by Quanti LLC for the development or creation of generative artificial intelligence (AI) models or systems without explicit written consent from Quanti LLC. Generative AI includes, but is not limited to, systems that create original content, replicate proprietary methodologies, or produce derivative works.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
